With each & every sun that sets, there's a brand new sunrise. This is you're chance to take that as a fresh start. & with each new day comes new adventures to go on, more risks to take, & more amazing souls to meet. All of the universe is precious to me; each & every life, animal, single-celled organism.. you name it! #5 Eat A Colorful Fruit
& of course my two fruit of choice are Coconuts & Pineapple! Not only are they colorful & put a smile on your face by just looking at them. But coconuts have been proven to make your mood & brain happy through triglycerides (fatty acids). As for the pineapple, its self explanatory. They taste so sweet & look even sweeter!
#4 Practice Yoga
YOGA! yes yoga. My favorite practice that gets my muscles, spine, heart & mind all giggly & jelly-like. I don't think there is a place in this universe that I wouldn't stop, drop & yoga. Not only do yoga flows help clear my mind, it allows myself to focus on things I've never thought to notice before. My breathing: inhaling through my nose & exhaling through my mouth. & with each breath, there is new movement. Never straining my body, but working with it. Going as deep into a stretch as my body allows itself. Inhale. Exhale. & suddenly, I feel relieved.
My tip to you: Don't ever feel discouraged if you can't get a concur a pose right away. Like everything, it takes time.
#3 Go Skate!
Whenever I find myself down, my skateboards have always been there to cheer me up. I grab some headphones, my iPhone & me board, then I'm out the door. My most favorite type of skateboarding is surf-skate. It's kinda old school, which i dig. It's like riding the land as if they're waves & it's prime for days the ocean is flat. Whats my board of choice?: My carver. It's got to be the most dope on a rope board company out there. They absolutely know what they're doing. & NO, I am not sponsored by them, I wasn't paid to say this. They are just that amazing. & i recommend everyone who shreds invest in one of these babes.
But skateboarding is my favorite for those middle-of-the-night pick-me-ups

#2 Go For A Underwater Swim
This is where i am always at peace. You're body goes limp & it feels as if you're floating on air.. in space. This deep blue is infinite. You could swim as deep or as long as your body can bear to handle in those few seconds before your lungs begin to feel as if they're on fire. But the sense of freedom is uncanny. This is my happiness. This is my underwater world.

#1 Mermaid Around W/ Your BFF
Whether we're playing in the sea foam, trying to stay up in a crazy, wacko yoga pose, or just straight up rolling in the sand like idiots laughing at eachother pretending to be Tina from Bob's Burgers.. Tayler ;) You know real friends when you see them. I haven't known these girls long, but I can't wait for the many adventures we'll be going on this summer! There's just no greater feeling than being with people who make you the best YOU that you can be.
