Today I will be sharing one of favorite smoothies at the moment! It's fresh, refreshing & perfect for summer! You can use it as a snack or, in my case a meal replacement. Every morning I like to start my day with a smoothie for brekky. Normally, I switch between different flavors so I don't become accustomed to the taste, further more bored with it! I just can't with this one!
Introducing my recipe for the perfect summer smoothie!
What You'll Need:
1. Blender (I use a Nutribullet)
- blend of banana, peaches, strawberry & pineapple
3. Almond Milk (because who drinks actual milk while they're adults?! Find your vitamin D elsewhere! Drinking from other mammals boobs.. >.<)
4. Fun topping! (I used coconut flakes, cos yummy)
Proportions are up to you, find the perfect consistency. I don't measure anything out. I just go on a whim, say fuck-it & measure with my eyeball things.
Blend until everything is mixed up all nice & whatnot. This is my most in-formal, messy blog post yet. Fuck formality. As my dad says, you only YOLO once. I know, very punny.. But for your FYI, it made me LOL out loud. Just sayin'''''.
I then like to top off my smoothies off with fun toppings that are good for you! I used coconut flakes this time, but you can also use chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, seeds from the gardening store, seeds to plant grass, I dont know.. Seeds seeds. I probably wouldn't recommend the last 2... but hey, like I said.. YOU ONLY YOLO ONCE.

I hope you enjoyed my sporadic smoothie randomness! It's a much healthier alternative to standardized giant breakfast. I will agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the deal, because you are breaking the fast you did while you were asleep. But I do not agree that you should eat the most at breakfast. Eat something that will kick-start your metabolism, not something to make you bloated, gassy, & full the rest of the day. That's what lunch is for. ^.^
